Very professional and very easy to claim

We’d only had our gorgeous rescue cat 6 months when she became seriously ill and was rushed to a referred specialist and operated on 1 day later, it was very traumatic and we nearly lost her. I contacted Bought by Many and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic and helpful. Everything is done on line so no forms to fill in and post. It was a very expensive claims which they paid with no hesitation much to my relief. When taking out the policy I actually laughed to myself that the cover for Saffi was £15,000 thinking we would never ever spend that much... how wrong I was. Great price and superb customer service

The price I pay for my plan is very good for the cover I get. Luckily I haven’t had to use it yet but my sister has been with Bought by many for years and they have always paid out with no problems and she recommended them to me. Simple, speedy, no fuss online claims process, with excellent communication

I have unfortunately had to put in several claims for vets bills for my young spaniel. The claims process has been simple, and Bought By Many has communicated with me at each step. The premiums are reasonable and there are added online communications which have been helpful and interesting. Without doubt the best pet insurer I have dealt with over many years of owning dogs. Pet Insurance made easy

My dog has allergies and they have made it really easy to claim this all back. I just email a claim. They deal straight with the vets and keep me informed all the way through and then pay the money straight back into my account. No issues. Makes my life easy!!! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Breathe of Fresh Air In Pet Insurance!!

I have had many Pet Insurance policies with many companies but with my two Boxer Pups I went with Bought By Many, I went for the 15k Lifetime cover for both pups, unfortunately one pup had to have several visits to the vets, a referral to a specialist, inpatient treatment several times on numerous occasions, thankfully he is well now but Bought By Many have been excellent with it all, one call and the claim is setup and I didn't have to do anymore, they paid the vet directly, including ongoing treatment and also including the specialist Vet, no quibbles, fast claims and it costs several thousand pounds yet my renewal was only 14pence per month more the 2nd year. They have been my lifeline as without them my pup would have died as I didn't have the money up front to pay for the treatment, they have been our saviours, thank you BBM :) Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Speedy claim, 1st class service

Our cat was involved in an RTA and needed extensive surgery and follow up appointments. BBM were great with dealing with the claims and liaised directly with the vets taking all the stress of the situation away from us. They acted very quickly and dealt with everything really well whilst we concentrated on our cats recovery. So happy with everything. Big thanks to everyone. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

By far the most competitively priced, with policies that include all the essentials. We have a mini dachshund and due to many potential problems he may suffer from in the future, we needed a cover for a large amount. Bought by many offered several different policy options; the one we chose means we have one less thing to worry about both where money and the health and care of our dog are concerned!
