After Elmo being rushed to animal hospital on a friday evening my 2nd main concern was that he was covered for all the required test. Protection for my pup

You can never fully protect a puppy, by nature they are curious, daring and sometimes stupid. We needed an insurance company that gave us the cover we needed , could afford and plenty of options to choose from. We also wanted a company that felt like they cared about our pup almost as much as we do. For all those reasons Bought by many was the only choice. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant fast & friendly service

When your pet has a need to go to the vets it’s rarely good news. Our dog required surgery and at a tough time bought by many helped ease the financial burden by responding, approving and paying out on our claim fast. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fabulous insurance

We have 3 labradoodles and we have had two separate very short term issues and having Bought by Many insurance was an absolute dream. No need for any further stress for us as the payments were claimed directly from the insurer by the vet. I have also used the video call vet service once and that was amazing. Best insurance ever for your pets, don’t bother with any other insurer! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I chose Bought By Many as wanted a fixed pet insurance plan. I’ve found the free vet video calls to be a great Benefit too. However that’s bells and whistles and as insurance I’ve scored this lower than usual because my first and only claim was rejected. My vet advised us to have my dogs dew claws removed whilst she was being speyed. They said they were loose and risk being torn. There was also a tiny bit of infection on one where it had already been torn. However bought by many refused my claim saying it was cosmetic and not necessary. So it’s great for all the bells and whistles, but I’m still on the fence as to whether this company is reliable at paying out and have considered changing provider as it is a lot more expensive than most places! I pay £37.37pm but it will never go up during my dogs lifetime. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
