Not only do they sort out compensation so easily with yourself or the provider direct, but their coverage is far-ranging, even including behavioural assistance for my dog. I love the added bonus’ for being a member like free access to Video consultations. And my premium actually went DOWN this year - always a bonus! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic service

We had to have our dog treated out of hours at the weekend for an injury. It was quick and simple to request cover from Bought by Many and our vets bill was settled in good time directly with the vet. Happy to recommend. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent in every way

In the first year I had to claim for a visit to the vets. BBM paid out quickly and without fuss. Much to my surprise my monthly payments went down the next year and that is with a no excess policy. I strongly recommend Bought by Many Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great insurers (can't believe I'd ever say that about an insurance company!)

When my dog had an accident there was no quibbling. They dealt with everything without any problems. You really don't need any more hassle when you're dealing with an emergency and they took the stress out of it for me. Easy to contact and super efficient. Also great you can contact an online vet for free for minor questions without affecting your insurance. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
