Had a policy for 3 years which is good value for money compared to others and only had to contact twice. But both times couldn't do enough to help and very straightforward, that is why I have recommended to work colleagues who have also used Bought by many. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best pet insurer for my cats

I took out insurance by bought by many for my kitten Nero , a rag doll, then added Howard our next rag doll onto the insurance when we adopted him. During lockdown Nero got poorly and incurred charges amounting to over £500. I used the online rapid claim and attached copies of my receipts and statement of works and waited. It was during the height of the corona virus wave and I fully expected it to take a while . The money was back in my account within one week. Amazing service, always been friendly and helpful when I have called, I cannot rate them highly enough Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Brilliant system

I found BBM extremely easy to set up a claim when our cat was badly injured and they did all the donkey work sorting out the paperwork with the vet. Absolutely brilliant. Would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Lovely people who really care

I have a large rescue Malamute. She was about 6 when I got her and with no real history. The folk at Bought by Many were so reassuring and were only concerned that I told them what I knew, unlike other insurers I tried who wanted to put on all sorts of restrictions. And I've had to claim since and it was so straightforward it was unreal. No hassle, just first class + service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
