No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Seem excellent company, good choice of logical insurances

Brilliant system

I found BBM extremely easy to set up a claim when our cat was badly injured and they did all the donkey work sorting out the paperwork with the vet. Absolutely brilliant. Would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Lovely people who really care

I have a large rescue Malamute. She was about 6 when I got her and with no real history. The folk at Bought by Many were so reassuring and were only concerned that I told them what I knew, unlike other insurers I tried who wanted to put on all sorts of restrictions. And I've had to claim since and it was so straightforward it was unreal. No hassle, just first class + service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Proactive, friendly, fast

when my vets hadn't responded to the claim bbm kept pursuing and also let me know all along the way that they were on the case. I left everything in their hands and felt fully confident in their processes. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Faultless

Not only do they sort out compensation so easily with yourself or the provider direct, but their coverage is far-ranging, even including behavioural assistance for my dog. Fantastic service
