First time puppy owners

I love bought by many as it has great extras that have really helped us as first time puppy owners including a free first aid course for dogs and vet phone consultation whenever you need it. Fantastic service Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Generally Good

Happy so far although this year’s premium took a leap from last so hopefully no nasty shocks with the renewal. One can only really comment on an insurance company if you have to claim and, fortunately, no need as yet. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Cannot fault BBM

I've used a few insurance companies over the years and never have I had one as good as BBM. The premium was reasonable, the claims process extremely simple and their staff so easy to contact (the chat facility is brilliant). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Since switching to them we've had three claims but even though we are in our first year with them there has never been a problem. For one I did the claim myself and then twice via the vet. Complete peace of mind for my fur baby

Insuring my puppy was easy and straightforward. There were plenty of options available, suitable for most budgets. Unfortunately my puppy was quite poorly from the outset and needed lots of tests and prescription diets to find the cause and get her better. Luckily the policy I bought for her included £200 for prescription foods on top of covering her for all the required tests etc. I have never seen this option on other pet policies in the past. Luckily my puppy recovered with the correct treatment and is now a happy, healthy 1 year old, full of life and the joys of spring and giving me so much pleasure every day. I do not think this would have been the case without the excellent support and policy cover Bought by Many provides. Claims are simple and fuss free and the advisors I have dealt with have all been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I am grateful for their support and will continue to insure my puppy with them for life. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Wouldn't use any other Insurance Company for my pets.
