I am fortunate not to have made a claim on my pet insurance but I feel extremely confident that if I had to do so it would be as easier a process as purchasing the insurance which came highly recommended to me. Really good cover at a very reasonable price. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Quick and easy process

When I needed to put in a claim for my pet Bought By Many were very helpful. I needed to get a printable version of a claim form and instead of just sending me one they told me that they would email the vet directly with the information making it easier for me to deal with as I just had to give a few details over the phone and then wait for updates, which were swift. It did not take long for my claim to go through and for me to be reimbursed. I would recommend this company after this experience as it was easy and stress free which anyone would want. Quick response and Easy process

I thought all insurances - travel, car, house, pet - would be the same - complicated and slow. So when I sent the first claim for our dog I was expecting anything for a while. Oh I was wrong, they contacted our vet straight away, and as soon as everything was confirmed, I got my claim processed within a couple of days. Not only that, every stage they've processed, we were informed by emails. It was simple and easy and I can totally recommend Bought By Many! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

We've been with them for years for our two cats. The policies are very clearly written and although they are not the cheapest, I find them good value for the cover we're getting. We've had a couple of claims. Submitting them was easy, communication was clear throughout and the time until payout was absolutely fine. Really great experience overall! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Bought by many insurance

Our pup has a liver shunt can't get operation because of vivid virus. They have been amazing to deal with nothing is a problem. Easy to make a claim on line we have used thousands of policy never been questioned once they just pay the vet and hospital no questions asked. I would highly recommend them. Also you can pay a little extra on your policy a month and you do not pay an excess when you see the vet. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
