Disgraceful company

Don't let bought by many fool you with the non claim refund. We were told we'd be refunded in January 2019 within 3 days, it's not the middle of Feb 2019 and we are still trying to get the agreed fee. They've also increased our policy by £40 per months for a dog we haven't claimed on. They are con artists, as soon as this debacle if sorted we will be cancelling. A company that gives you confidence

I have been with them for a couple of years and not made a claim but their blurb gives you confidence that unlike other insurance companies who are keen to take your money but reluctant to pay out & wack up premiums if you claim. Bought by many pay back 20% of your premium if no claims made in that year. Reviewed on: 24th January 2019

Great value pet insurance

Great value insurance for my two dogs. Found a policy which had everything I require. Easy to set up the policy online and very helpful on the phone. Not yet had reason to make a claim but it seems straightforward if I had to. Reviewed on: 1st October 2018

Our new pet dog has had quite a few unexpected visits to the vets in his early life and every time we have had to make a claim, Bought by Many have simply been brilliant and have helped us immensely. Finally, some common sense in the insurance industry

With all the talk about vaccines possibly harming pets, I wanted to be able to choose for myself whether to vaccinate my dogs or not. I phoned this company to explain my concerns and they said they are aware that many owners are worried by this and that if I chose not to vaccinate, it would not invalidate my insurance. If any of my dogs needed treatment for a "vaccinable" illness, they would not cover it, but if they fell ill for any other reason, my insurance would not be affected. As vaccines are meant to last years anyway, the chances of my dogs getting a "vaccinable" illness is very slim and I commend this company for taking the customers concerns seriously about this matter.
