Great value pet insurance

Great value insurance for my two dogs. Found a policy which had everything I require. Easy to set up the policy online and very helpful on the phone. Not yet had reason to make a claim but it seems straightforward if I had to. Reviewed on: 1st October 2018

Finally, some common sense in the insurance industry

With all the talk about vaccines possibly harming pets, I wanted to be able to choose for myself whether to vaccinate my dogs or not. I phoned this company to explain my concerns and they said they are aware that many owners are worried by this and that if I chose not to vaccinate, it would not invalidate my insurance. If any of my dogs needed treatment for a "vaccinable" illness, they would not cover it, but if they fell ill for any other reason, my insurance would not be affected. As vaccines are meant to last years anyway, the chances of my dogs getting a "vaccinable" illness is very slim and I commend this company for taking the customers concerns seriously about this matter. simple and easy claim process. the best I have ever experienced. easy on line quotes. first class telephone service, answered a question I had regarding my dog there and then re coverage for pre existing condition. compared to other companies so far - beats them hands down for customer service. Great Value for money

We Love Bought by Many
