simple and easy claim process. the best I have ever experienced. easy on line quotes. first class telephone service, answered a question I had regarding my dog there and then re coverage for pre existing condition. compared to other companies so far - beats them hands down for customer service. We Love Bought by Many

The staff that I have spoken to regarding my GSD have all been really efficient and pleasant. I have not been with them very long but feel as me and my dog of very important to them. (Not just a policy number). Excellent company. Reviewed on: 10th September 2018

Can't believe I found insurance for my 9 year old German Shepherd at such a reasonable price. Llike the fact I always get useful communications from them each month, never feel it's junk mail. Would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 10th September 2018

Great policies,great customer service and great value.

After my previous pet insurance premium more than doubling in three years I decided to shop around. Which I did extensively, spending around three days on line comparing policies and reading reviews and researching the companies behind the policies. Bought by Many had only recently launched their own pet policies. It was refreshing to find a company offering innovative and varied policies that were not offered by any one else. And for a reasonable price. There were only a few reviews but they were all positive. I decided to give them a go and I am glad I did. It was easy and simple to buy on line with help just a phone call when I wanted to clarify a point. Unfortunately I did have to make a claim in the first year and the claims process was easy and Bought by Many paid out quickly. My premium has risen on renewal this year but it would have with whoever I was insured with and it still has excellent customer service and is cheaper and remarkable value compared to other companies.
