Fortunately I've not had to call upon my complete dog life insurance plan, but my extensive research and reviews lead me to trust that bought by many will help without delay if and when a need arises to provide treatment and care for my much loved husky. I was able to arrange complete life cover when my husky was over 8 years through bought by many, which is extremely rare as most insurance companies won't offer complete lifetime insurance cover if over 8 years. I get monthly updates of when my payments are due and also receive regular research based articles very useful to help ensure my husky's health and longevity (i.e. of Alabama rot). I thank bought by many and trust that I can continue to give nothing but high praise in the future when my dog is more likely to need tlc, diagnostics or planned treatment interventions as he ages. All of which I trust will be provided, if called upon, without delay, by my bought by many health insurance. Thank you for being such an innovative, caring and comprehensive service for my beloved husky and I. My policy renewed this year with no price increase whatsoever! Thank you again, I hope you appreciate just how highly commended you are, as I chose to place my trust of my beloved storm's health needs in your hands, so to speak, should he ever need medical help. Unfortunately I had to make two claims in first two years of policy but no problem. Gave amount and name of vet's practice and bill was paid. I like the fact I am not paying for cover of occasions I would not use e.g. taking my cats abroad. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Amazing insurance company for my special pet :)

Bought by many impressed me initially with their easy to interpret policies giving me all the information I needed to make sure that my puppy had the best possible insurance company. I have had to make a claim once due to a grass seed being stuck and the claim handlers were easy to talk to and sorted out my claim in no time. Great price for the cover, website a bit difficult (kept freezing and buffering) but chat helped. I can't say how good they are with claims as I haven't had to yet but if it is as easy as it sounds, should be great. Worth the perseverance Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

About my claim and renewal

I got my dog Ted insured in August 2017 , he is a staffy X bullmastiff and the monthly premium was less than £20 . In November he became unwell and to cut a long story short he ended up in the emergency vets for 6 days with pneumonia . The total bill was £3,300 and I had heard stories about other insurance companies coming up with all manner of excuses not to pay out . I contacted bought by many and they did the claim for me and I can honestly say I cannot recommend them enough . I got regular text messages updating me on my claim and I got every single penny back , I didn't even have to pay any excess . Of course this year I was dreading his renewal and I couldn't believe it when it had gone up by a massive £1.41 per month ! so his monthly premium is still less than £20 . I've also done my bit and recommended them to family, friends and total strangers who I bump in to when we are out walking and I know that some of them have now got policies as well . The people who I spoke to on the phone were so helpful and polite and every time they would ask how Ted was doing . I Would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone and cannot rate them highly enough . Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

It came to our 1st year renewal date for our pet insurance and my current provider had upped my premium by over £20 per month with no claims or preexisting conditions. I decided to shop around and Bought by Many gave us the best premium lifetime policy for a great price and their customer service was brilliant. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018
