Best insurance company I have ever dealt with.

Easy to use, no hidden agendas, plain simple claim system. . Always a way to contact them if you neeed information. They keep you up to date with text messages and emails. They dealt directly with my vet so I just received information of claims etc. Many thanks for sorting my claim and making the whole proceedure stress free during a very stressful time. Easy to set up and good communication so far. I havent had to make a claim so cannot comment on that service but the cover they offered was very reasonable and seems to be well thought out unlike some insurance companies. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

My puppy Luna was unfortunately poorly I rang the helpline and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady was and she took care of my claim contacting the vets etc; I received regular updates as to the progress of my claim and they always explained why it was held up slightly (due to lack of response from my vet) I would not hesitate to recommend Bought by Many based on my experience to anyone.
