Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great Provider

Great provider, but prices are going up (as they are with everything) and the lead time to get a claim payout increased massively post covid. However that said, they're a great provider. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Have been with Many Pets for 3 years and find them to be competitive on price, quick and helpful when dealing with them: have had one claim that was settled expeditiously and, their communications and advice that is sent out periodically is informative, relevant and helpful.
