I haven’t had too much experience with their customer service yet but when I have they’ve been really helpful and responsive. Communication about price rises has always been good, the website is easy to use and find information on. I like the branding and I think it’s good value for money Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Whenever we have requested updates the customer service representatives have been extremely helpful. The policies are easy to understand and my small claims are paid swiftly. Larger claims tend to take a long time but when we request updates they are very helpful at moving them along. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
