Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I’m really impressed with ManyPets.

I’m really impressed with ManyPets. I particularly rate the vet 24/7 helpline. It’s very reassuring to be able to speak to the vets on video. They’re friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me on three occasions when I wasn’t sure whether to take my dog to our own vet. I also like the perks and have used two or three of them. The Twiggy Tags collar and lead are very good and I’ve also used the online pet food. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

When I adopted a rescued street dog, ManyPets was the insurance company recommended by most other adopters. This gave me the confidence to choose them over 3 years ago. Thankfully I haven't had to use them yet but I like their style of communications, their advice and the range of services offered. Excellent!
