Hassle free claim and excellent communication

Recently had to make a claim and had a hassle free experience. I was well communicated with throughout and was updated st different points of the claim. The result was explained to me clearly too. Can’t fault them. I’ve had to use the online vet service through them for advice before too and it’s such a relief. Wouldn’t go with anyone else! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent helpful staff and claim paid next day

Excellent helpful staff on the phone lines and when I put a claim in with the receipts from the vets, it was in my bank account the next day! No questions asked! I’m a very happy customer, got both my cats insured with them, on our second year. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I’m really impressed with ManyPets.

I’m really impressed with ManyPets. I particularly rate the vet 24/7 helpline. It’s very reassuring to be able to speak to the vets on video. They’re friendly and knowledgeable and have helped me on three occasions when I wasn’t sure whether to take my dog to our own vet. I also like the perks and have used two or three of them. The Twiggy Tags collar and lead are very good and I’ve also used the online pet food. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

When I adopted a rescued street dog, ManyPets was the insurance company recommended by most other adopters. This gave me the confidence to choose them over 3 years ago. Thankfully I haven't had to use them yet but I like their style of communications, their advice and the range of services offered.
