Great customer service & fast payouts

When my pup was still young we made some rather large claims following X-rays, ct scan and surgery but many pets where excellent and more importantly to us pet parents they paid out quickly so I wasn’t out of pocket for too long. I have recommended them to many people due to the cover and customer experience and quite extraordinarily on my smaller claims for hydrotherapy sessions they usually have the money in my bank account the same day that I’ve made the claim. Their record for me is 3 hours from making the to the money being in my account! I don’t think you can ask for a more efficient insurance provider. Every time I have needed to call the customer service advisors are so polite and friendly and always ask after my dog which is nice. I’ve also taken advantage of the perks getting money of yumove supplements and also a pet activity tracker. I would and have already highly recommend many pets. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Quick and easy access to Vet support

I had really quick response times when I needed to talk to a vet - within the hour I had an appointment scheduled and a face time took place! Saving money and time having to visit an actual vet - all part of insurance with many pets Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Excellent service following diagnosis of epilepsy.

Many pets has been very good in paying for tests etc four my epileptic Golden Retriever, and hopefully will continue to do so. It breaks my heart to have a 3/12 year old dog struggling with fits and subsequent weight gain on drugs, but hopefully with Manypets help with claims, this will be resolved. I’ve been with them for 3 years with my dog and one year with my cat. I love that we have the free 24/7 vet video calls and they’ve been so helpful on multiple occasions. I’ve recommended them to multiple people and my parents recently took out a policy for their dog. It’s great when you recommend someone as you both get an Amazon voucher.
