Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Highly recommend.

I have an elderly cat who is now receiving medication. ManyPets make it very easy to make a claim for her medication. I can easily do this using their online claim process. Unlike previous pet insurance companies that I have used they will also accept claims for medication that has been prescribed by the vet but purchased online. This surely helps to keep their costs down which in the longer term will help to keep the cost of insurance policies down. I would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Great Experience

Had to claim at the start of last year and the process was very straight forward from attaching receipts to receiving payment. The feature of returning your premiums each year is very engaging to customers and ensures you only claim when absolutely necessary. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
