Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have been with many pets for 3 years in a row now...

I have been with many pets for 3 years in a row now since getting my Teddy when he was a puppy and I have a few times used their over the phone video call vet and they’ve always been extremely helpful in curbing my anxieties and worries. Why I chose Manypets
