Great service and benefits

Very helpful when getting a quote and purchasing insurance. The First Vet subscription has been beneficial when unsure if a vet appointment is needed. Although there are cheaper insurers, the benefit and customer service are worth paying a bit extra for. There are also equally as many insurance companies that are more expensive. I recently lost my beautiful spaniel. Many pets helped me with all the claims, including how to cancel my policy and claim the final vet and cremations fees. They couldn’t have been any more helpful and sympathetic. I now have my new spaniel insured with MP and wouldn’t use any other insurance company Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Thankfully not needed to claim yet which meant I was refunded a percentage of my first year's premium. Good at keeping me informed and they were excellent with my friend when she needed to claim for her dog's accident. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
