Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

A supportive and helpful insurer who genuinely care

Every time I have got in contact with manypets, it has been a quick and easy experience and the staff have been supportive and enthusiastic. I also think it's amazing that they have a moneyback policy available for those who do not make a claim in their policy year! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Brilliant policy lovely people

Easy to set up the policy and contact a human. Great cash back idea if no claims in the year. Not had to use the insurance yet and hope not too but I have confidence it will be there if needed. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Team member seem very knowledgeable and pleasant

Spoke to many pets representatives a few times, very polite team, explained everything easily. I was very in rush when I signed up but they assisted with all the questions I had and provided assurance. The information on the website is great, I love the logos, the pictures, everything is very cute. The way the emails are structured as well. I remember a lady on the phone asked me how Kiki and Pedro are doing today which I thought was a nice touch. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
