Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many Pets make it very easy to submit claims for your pets treatment and pay very promptly.However, there is an annual excess and the premiums are not the cheapest. They do offer a range of cover levels so it may be more affordable for lower value cover. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Helpful and good value for money

I have used many pets for 9 years they are quick to answer the phone and solve any problems. They have great services added in the cover and all for great value. It's all made easy; for example the no claims cash back is done automatically. I recently added a kitten and the monthly amount hardly changed. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Video chat vet call

Luckily not had to make a claim yet so can’t comment on the ease of that, but I have used the video call with a vet perk and that was great. At a time when would be really worrying about what to do (out of hours, this was about midnight) got connected fast over a video call to a vet who was compassionate and really helpful. If needed they would have helped me to find an appropriate vets to visit at that time but luckily we were ok.
