When I got my cat 3 years ago I shopped around for pet insurance, I found Many Pets to cover all my needs. Although, luckily, I have never had to make a claim, I have had queries and I have found the customer service to be exceptional. The team have always been polite, friendly and helpful. My previous provider tripled my cost for no reason, and it was really hard to get in touch to discuss it and manage my policy. ManyPets have a great portal to do all of this and we’re really helpful with any questions I had around pre existing conditions. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Many Pets make it very easy to submit claims for your pets treatment and pay very promptly.However, there is an annual excess and the premiums are not the cheapest. They do offer a range of cover levels so it may be more affordable for lower value cover. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I have used many pets for 9 years they are quick to answer the phone and solve any problems. They have great services added in the cover and all for great value. It's all made easy; for example the no claims cash back is done automatically. I recently added a kitten and the monthly amount hardly changed. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
