Thankfully I have not had to make any claims thus far, but I’ve really enjoyed being a ManyPets customer up to now. I love their 20% of your premium money back scheme if you don’t make any claims within the year. They always put the customer and pet first! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I like it. I have applied for the cover once for my cat’s paw treatment, the process was easy and fast. I attached invoice & some document and I got the cover money back very fast. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Had a few technical issues in a past and the staff was always super helpful and friendly, everything was handled efficiently. Used the online vet too, can’t recommend this more when you are desperate to get quick response and advice! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
