Really helpful and sympathetic when I had to make a claim. They were easier to deal with than the vets! They have helped me keep my costs down when renewing my policy and their online provision has also been user friendly. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Highly recommend, wonderful company and great options

Excellent customer service, great options for insurance, gives me great peace of mind. Easy to contact. Highly recommended by most people including me. Never had any issues. The price is a little higher than others but it is worth it for the cover and peace of mind. The benefits of having vetbox and a vet video call service are both amazing. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
