Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Highly recommend, wonderful company and great options

Excellent customer service, great options for insurance, gives me great peace of mind. Easy to contact. Highly recommended by most people including me. Never had any issues. The price is a little higher than others but it is worth it for the cover and peace of mind. The benefits of having vetbox and a vet video call service are both amazing. Best pet insurance I’ve ever used. I love how involved they are in sharing with you great offers for your pets. Also having a vet available via first vet is extremely reassuring, and a call won’t affect your claim. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
