Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good price and great perks

The monthly rate we pay is very competitive and most of all we love the access to FirstVet video appointments so we can check issues before taking our cat to the vet in person, as we live rurally and she is extremely anxious about travel. Great pet insurance company

I’ve claimed a few times for my dog Cooper when he was ill, and the customer service I received was second to none. The bill I paid was paid back into my account the same day of claim. Also phoned regarding a payment query and that was dealt with efficiently. Will definitely stay with Many Pets for peace of mind!!! Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
