Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great service

We were away on holiday and took our golden retrievers for a walk across some fields and then down through a wooded area to the seafront in Devon. After we stopped for a drink we noticed that the dogs had some insects on them. We brushed them off, but later noticed that Bella our younger retriever had one underneath her eye that wouldn’t come off. We were quite worried about it and then I remembered about the phone a vet service that Many Pets offered. We managed to get an appointment within an hour or so. The vet said that it was probably a tick and explained what to do. It was very reassuring and saved us a lot of stress especially as we were away from home.
