I have a cat insurance and luckily I didn't need to claim but in case I do I already know what to do as the info in well structured on their website. The 24/7 vet service offers a great deal of peace of mind knowing I can ask for help anytime. I found answers to all my questions on their website and the articles provided are extremely useful. The team at ManyPets have been extremely helpful with both Shadow and Midnight. This has been the first time I have ever had to insure my pets all by myself, so naturally I found it complicated and scary.
