Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have a cat insurance and luckily I didn't need to claim but in case I do I already know what to do as the info in well structured on their website. The 24/7 vet service offers a great deal of peace of mind knowing I can ask for help anytime. I found answers to all my questions on their website and the articles provided are extremely useful. ManyPets: A Helping Hand

The team at ManyPets have been extremely helpful with both Shadow and Midnight. This has been the first time I have ever had to insure my pets all by myself, so naturally I found it complicated and scary.
