I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Really simple sign up & management process.

Really simple sign up & management process. Haven’t had to claim yet but comforted by my vets saying they were a good company to go with. The video call vet service is an absolute god send as a disabled person - to be able to check in with a professional to help decide if the emergency vets is needed, or to be able to book to see a vet with questions on such a flexible timescale really makes the insurance worth it.
