Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good price. Great cover

Our dog needed laser eye surgery for a melanoma tumour - the claim was dealt with quickly and paid out promptly. Subsequent follow up appointment claims have also been paid quickly Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Polite, Caring People

Bought by Many/Many Pets people are extremely polite and helpful on the phone; they are calm when you are stressed because you have ill animals, or when you have spent a significant amount on vet fees; and they do honour a genuine claim, even if the vet involved has high charges. I regularly recommend ManyPets

I am very happy with the cost of premiums and the level of cover on my multipet policy. We have one other pet who developed a lump during a period of free cover so we kept him on that policy just in case, higher premium and lower cover though. I'm a member of a pet related Facebook group and always recommend ManyPets whenever anyone asks, and I'm horrified at the prices other people say they pay for theirs. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Happy Owner Happy Kittens

It was easy to sign up for my new kittens. The Policy is easy to understand and the contact details are clear should you need to use them. We received a lovely hamper each from Woof and Brew once the insurance policy had started. We now have piece of mind that if anything untoward happens we are covered. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

Great cover, no argument pay out

My pup had to have hip op, vet costs paid no trouble. Had 2 weekly hydro therapy/physio with exercises to do at home. I have limited mobility so struggled with exercises so booked extra sessions expecting to pay myself. Was easier to submit total bill and so explained the extra sessions. To my amazement they paid for all. Online system easy to use. And maximum cover for 4 dogs was cheaper than I was paying for one of my dogs who had had claims several years before.
