Review of the ManyPets, Pet insurance:

Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Our little Frenchie needed spinal surgery and just knowing that the financial part was taken care of was just a little weight lifted off a traumatic time. Many pets paid out straight away so we didn't need to find the money up front. Thank you. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

I paid over £200 for an emergency castration for Buddy my Frenchie. When I tried to make a claim I was informed that he was not covered for this type of operation. The operation was done not for cosmetic reasons but to basically save his life.. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
