Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent customer service

Customer service is always excellent. Prompt email responses, always happy to discuss any questions by phone - yes, they actually answer the phone! Undertake all of the leg work with the vets and dogs records. I have all 7 of my dogs registered; the oldest is 14, the youngest 17 weeks. Very happy. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
