We have never had pet insurance before so we were quite sceptical about how the process would be when we had to make a claim. How wrong could we have been, so easy to make a claim online. Our claim was paid out on the same day the claim went in, now that is what I call fantastic service from a quality company. Well done. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

I've had to make a few claims on my policy now. It's very straightforward doing this online or if you need to speak to someone they're always very helpful. Kept informed during the process and prompt settlement. I particularly like the fact that Many Pets contact the vet direct for details of the claim. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022
