Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Good coverage and usually prompt payments

I have 4 cats that I brought to the UK covered on the for life policy. It gives great peace of mind. I have been impressed with quickness of payouts since I get all documentation from the vets. Reviewed on: 18th September 2022

Claims Experience

Our " Old Boy" was very poorly and despite extensive treatment by several veterinary practices was deemed sadly to be too ill to be treated. All through the process Many Pets were fantastic, we were treated fairly with kindness and respect which we will always remember. Reviewed on: 18th September 2022

Excellent service from start to finish

We are in our second year with Many Pets and my personal experience with them has been absolutely fantastic. We have a lurcher who, for over a year, has had an intermittent limp which has been problematic in resolving. Many Pets have paid all of his vets and referral fees without question and have been supportive, compassionate and totally professional at all times. I’ve claimed by telephone and online and both options are very easy and my calls were answered within 10 minutes. Their communication throughout the claim is outstanding with updates via email and text so you don’t have to worry about chasing them up at all. Great communication and very helpful

My dog had to have both cruciate ligaments operated on. Many pets liaised directly with the vets and the bill was quickly settled.
