Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The best insurance company!

Recently one of my feline boys has been very unwell. He needs lots of CT’s scans, blood tests and consultations with the clinicians. Thanks to Many Pets, I am able to leave him in a good hands and find the source of his illness. No hassle, no stress. The Many Pets team is very helpful and efficient. I know I can count of them! There when I needed them

My puppy Cara became seriously ill after her spay. She had a really bad gastrointestinal illness and needed a three nights’ stay at the vet. The Many Pets representative was lovely when I called about making a first claim. Very clear and professional but friendly and sympathetic too. It was very reassuring. My claim wasn’t paid for eight weeks but I was advised this would probably be the case and I was asked if this was an issue for me. It wasn’t so I decided to leave any support they have for people who need reimbursement quickly for those who really need it. Thank you Many Pets from Cara and I. Reviewed on: 17th September 2022

Amazing service

Easy and good value for money

Many pets is easy to set up, easy to understand what insurance plan you’re getting, helpful staff and the cheapest I’ve found. Unlike other insurance companies your premiums don’t go up every year, if you’ve not claimed. Reviewed on: 17th September 2022

The 2 times i needed the most they were there .... Easy and helpful to deal with helpful staff and understand my poor English Cant thank enought...
