Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Perfect cover

Absolutely perfect cover. Best I could find for what they cover and also is affordable too. Really easy and very user friendly process that I, personally, found wonderfully stress-free. My dog chester has had a leg problem for 4-5 months after a lot of scans,exploratory operation it seems to have healed itself.many pets were always very quick with payouts sometimes even on the same day as I put the claim in.Over £5000 they paid out with no problems!Brilliant insurance I would totally recommend,only downside now my policy is up for renewal the payments have doubled Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Great Company - Highly Recommend

excellent and seamless service
