My cat was ill with an infection and had to be hospitalised. ManyPets paid out without question. While in the hospital they discovered that she also needed some teeth out. Not many pet insurance companies cover dental care, but ManyPets stepped up and they are at the moment dealing with the claim. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Easy to understand on the website as to which cover I could choose. The lifetime cover seemed the best option for my puppy after having been caught out by inadequate insurance cover with my last dog. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

A friend recommended Many Pets Insurance. I am happy he did as they give a first-class service. The telephone team are excellent, which I used at first until I was more confident to make a claim online, which is very easy. I can highly recommend Many Pets. All claims and queries are dealt with really quickly and professionally in a very friendly manner. Also the free telephone advice they provide with First Vet is invaluable. They offered excellent advice and support and even authorised an out of hours vet appointment when my dog became ill during the evening. Their support help reduce stress and worry. Everyone I know who has a policy with Many Pets have nothing but really positive things to say about them. Would definitely recommend taking out cover with Many Pets! Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Perfect service at a difficult time

Cannot fault Many pets. Their service is amazing. Very compassionate customer service staff. Claims dealt with very quickly. Vets can make direct claims on your behalf to save the stress so overall an excellent service. Been with them nearly 2 years and have no intentions of changing. They cover 4 of my cats. Absolutely perfect cover. Best I could find for what they cover and also is affordable too. Really easy and very user friendly process that I, personally, found wonderfully stress-free.
