Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best customer Service

We had owned Luna our " new" rescue dog for 2 months when to my horror she started losing blood with her stools, she became worse and in obvious discomfort through the day so I took her for her first visit to the vet. I had reviewed many pet insurance companies and Many Pets had consistently good reports from clients plus a "which" recommendation. Long story short, within three days Luna was diagnosed, treated, hospitalised, monitored, and within three days, back home recovering well. I made a claim to recover the money that We had paid for the treatment of Luna and got back exactly what they said they would subject to an excess fee which we knew about. At all stages of our claim Many Pets kept us informed and did what they promised in their brochure. We cannot fault the company and would recommend them without question. Absolutely fabulous

I would be lost without this fantastic company. They have been wonderful and paid out every time. My dog has a rare bone condition that causes fractures with little or no trauma so we have used the insurance a lot with no problems. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Flawless

Everything with them has been seamless and there’s never been any issue with anything getting sorted. When my kitten got sick, he was fewer than 14 days into the policy and they honoured the claim and it took at least some of the stress away. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
