Great variety of cover offered and discounts for more than 1 dog. Fairly priced. unfortunately i had to put in a claim for narla my dog. I was having a few problems getting information from the vets so they took over and did all the chasing up. I had paid for all treatment as I went along and was then struggling. They were very understanding and made a note on my file to rush the claim/payment through due to my circumstances. As soon as they had all the information the claim was settled. I bought a policy from Many Pets after Adopting my Deaf Rescue dog over 2 years ago! Having the need to claim 3 times in this period the company have dealt with my claims Very efficiently and reimbursed my costs promptly!
