Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good customer service

fabulous supportive insurance company

Many Pets paid out within 24 hours when my dog was ill, it was really easy to upload the receipt on there online system. They also have free vet support and a wide range of services to help your pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Only the best and that's Many Pets for my dog

Many Pets are the best insurance I've ever used and with a one off excess payment each year I don't think there is another company who could compete with them. Unfortunately since adopting my 1 year old Shorkie earlier this year she has incurred a lot of health problems and Many Pets have never refused one of my claims. To make a claim it's very easy you just phone them and give the name of the Veterinary practice which treated your animal, the amount you paid, the date of treatment and they do the rest.
