Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Ruby's woe

Money tight

I am a pensioner so money is tight this year in particular.l was worried about my pet insurance but l rang many pets and they sorted me out a really good deal on my dog insurance. They were so helpful and patient. I can't fault them. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Quick fire response
