Fantastic service, understanding

I received absolutely first class service with many pets. From start to finish. With claims kept me up to date. Told from the very start how long claims would take. Paid out to who needed paying. Staff kind and considerate and especially when my dog passed. Will be using again if ever have another dog. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Efficient and effective

Haveing a dog with diabetes many pets have been there all the way ,exceptionally understanding helpfulness professional, all payments are ahead of time with no questions asked, If many pets were a beer they would probably be carlesberg. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Piece of mind

Many pets have enabled my dog to have surgery and Physio without the need for me to worry about the financial burden it could entail. This gave me time to think about the recovery rather than a debt.
