Each time I've needed to make a claim, it's done through the website. Then I wait. Many Pets contact the vets for the bill and a short while later I receive a letter telling me of the amount already paid and the excess I need to pay. I pay that, and that's that! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

We signed up to Many Pets when we got our puppy in 2021. The process was very straightforward. We have since had to make 2 claims. Everything can be done online. Both claims were easy to submit and the customer service team were really helpful. We received payment quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
