We’re relatively new customers as only just got a puppy earlier in the year. Many Pets were recommended to us by our friend who is happens to be a vet and are very happy that he did. From day one the customer service has been exceptional, every call or email has been answered promptly and professionally and all out claims have been paid quickly. Having the peace of mind that our much loved new family member has comprehensive cover with a company that wants to look after your pet is extremely reassuring. Every stage of the process has been good. The amount of info and help in choosing the policy. Making my first claim, sadly having to report one of my pets as passed.
