Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Paws Up to Many Pets

I have two Jack Russel terriers whom I insure through Many Pets. Whenever I have had to claim, the customer service has been excellent - professional and helpful. Any claims have been promptly acknowledged so that I have known they were being dealt with quickly and this is much appreciated.
