Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best ever

Excellent service, good price and cover, Which best buy

Several claims in the last policy year. All of these were dealt with professionally and in good time. Never any need to progress. Very fair treatment. Hassle free claims with prompt payments

Once Manypets have all your pet's medical history their claims system is simple, and payments are made promptly. Claims can be paid to you or your vet for your convenience. Our dog became terminally ill, and we had to make many claims over a 3-month period. All the claims were paid promptly vastly easing an already stressful situation.
