Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent service

Very easy to use

Perfect pet insurance

Many Pets (Bought By Many) were fantastic when our 18 month flatcoated retriever Summer was sick over 7 months until she was finally diagnosed with IBD and protein allergy. The insurance company paid out without any delay, even paying claims the same day. Amazing service and very easy to contact for help and support. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Looked after my three Labradors health
