Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Great for pets with pre-existing conditions

One of the best policies for animals with pre-existing conditions, I had insurance with other companies but they wouldn’t cover my rescue cats pre-existing conditions. Sometimes they are slow with processing claims, maybe this is because they are getting more popular, hopefully they will employ more staff to deal with this. Hassle free

Our 13 week-old puppy was attacked by a greyhound and needed specialist eye surgery. We were distraught and stressed by everything other than how to pay the bills.
