Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Best insurance and helpful friendly service

When my dog was diagnosed with steroids responsive meningitis can’t fault many pets for they Very friendly people at the end of the phone making you feel at easy with making claims and telling you how long the process will be and very very helpful also. Easy use of both the website and the app. Process to claim is easy and quick
